Dr. Thakur, a board-certified plastic surgeon, has been improving the self-confidence of New York patients since 2006. With a fervent dedication to enhancing patients’ lives, she graduated from medical school in India with top honors, securing the first place among female candidates nationwide and earning the prestigious President’s Medal. Following this, she honed her skills in England for four years, focusing on plastic surgery, before undertaking rigorous training at Montefiore Medical Center in NY upon her arrival in the United States.
Drawing from her diverse background, Dr. Thakur has also contributed to the burn unit at Jacobi Medical Center. Currently residing in Westchester, NY with her husband and two daughters, she is committed to delivering the highest level of care with compassion in both Middletown and Yorktown Heights.
